Founded in 2007, Akademia e Studimeve Albanologjike (Academy for Albanian Studies) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Tirana (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Agjencia e Sigurimit të Cilësisë në Arsimin e Lartë (Quality Assurance Agency in Higher Education), Akademia e Studimeve Albanologjike (ASA) is a coeducational Albanian higher education institution. Akademia e Studimeve Albanologjike (ASA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as master degrees in several areas of study. ASA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
