Sealed is an automated digital product delivered immediately. Refunds are issued if the seal is not applied within 24 hours of a confirmed Stripe charge, or if we charged you twice for the same document.
Registrar-Verified is refunded in full if we cannot obtain confirmation from the issuing institution. If the institution confirms, or if you cancel after we have already contacted them, the fee is not refunded.
