Name, email, optional phone, the institution you select, the file you upload, and technical logs needed to run the site. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
To provide archive and share links, process payments, run corroboration against public academic records, fulfill registrar checks, and prevent abuse.
If LogRocket is enabled, we record sessions to fix bugs and improve conversion. Typed field values and the credential document itself are configured not to be captured. We do not send share shortcodes to analytics as identifiers.
Files remain until you revoke the link and request deletion, or until we are legally required to delete them. Email reachus@degreearchive.com to request deletion.
We use a session cookie for login and CSRF protection. Stripe may set cookies during checkout.
