Established in 2000, Akademie STING (STING Academy) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Brno (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), South Moravian Region. Officially recognized by the Ministerstvo kolství, mládee a telovýchovy Ceské republiky (Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic), Akademie STING is a very small coeducational Czech higher education institution. Akademie STING offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Akademie STING also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
