Founded in 2014, Al-Karkh University of Science is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Baghdad (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research of Iraq, Al-Karkh University of Science (KUS) is a coeducational Iraqi higher education institution. Al-Karkh University of Science (KUS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. KUS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including as well as administrative services.
