Founded in 2007, Al-Wataniya Private University is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Hama (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Syria, Al-Wataniya Private University (WPU) is a coeducational Syrian higher education institution. Al-Wataniya Private University (WPU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. WPU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
