Established in 2009, Al-Zahrawi University College is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Karbala (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research of Iraq, Al-Zahrawi University College is a small coeducational Iraqi higher education institution. Al-Zahrawi University College offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Al-Zahrawi University College also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
