Founded in 2013, American University of Phnom Penh is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the metropolis of Phnom Penh (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) is a very small coeducational Cambodian higher education institution. American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 9 years old Cambodian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades.
