Established in 1952, Amur State Medical Academy is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Blagoveshchensk (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Amur Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Amur State Medical Academy is a very small coeducational Russian higher education institution.
