Established in 1947, Andong National University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Andong (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), North Gyeongsang. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Andong National University is a medium-sized coeducational South Korean higher education institution.
