Established in 1999, Arab College of Applied Sciences is a higher-education institution located in the small city of Rafah (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Gaza Strip. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of the Palestinian Territory, Arab College of Applied Sciences (ACAS) is a coeducational Palestinian higher education institution. Arab College of Applied Sciences (ACAS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. ACAS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
