Founded in 1994, Arrupe Jesuit University is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the metropolis of Harare (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education of Zimbabwe, Arrupe Jesuit University (AJU) is a very small coeducational Zimbabwean higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Catholic religion. Arrupe Jesuit University (AJU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. AJU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
