Established in 1968, Asahikawa University is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Asahikawa (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Hokkaido. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Asahikawa University is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Asahikawa University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
