Established in 2002, Azerbaycan Dövlet Ressamliq Akademiyasi (Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Baku (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Absheron. Officially recognized by the Azerbaycan Respublikasi Tehsil Nazirliyi (Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan), Azerbaycan Dövlet Ressamliq Akademiyasi (ADRA) is a coeducational Azerbaijani higher education institution. Azerbaycan Dövlet Ressamliq Akademiyasi (ADRA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
