Established in 2006, Azerbaycan Emek ve Sosial Münasibetler Akademiyasi (Azerbaijan Academy of Labour and Social Relations) is a higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Baku (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Absheron. Officially recognized by the Azerbaycan Respublikasi Tehsil Nazirliyi (Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan), Azerbaycan Emek ve Sosial Münasibetler Akademiyasi (AESMA) is a coeducational Azerbaijani higher education institution.
