Established in 1991, Azerbaycan Universiteti (Azerbaijan University) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Baku (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Absheron. Officially recognized by the Azerbaycan Respublikasi Tehsil Nazirliyi (Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan), Azerbaycan Universiteti (AU) is a coeducational Azerbaijani higher education institution. Azerbaycan Universiteti (AU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. AU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
