Established in 1878, Baika Women's University is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Ibaraki (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Osaka. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Baika Women's University is a women only Japanese higher education institution.
