Founded in 1915, Beijing Information Science and Technology University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Beijing (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, Beijing Information Science and Technology University (BISTU) is a coeducational Chinese higher education institution.
