Established in 1993, Belarusian State Academy of Communications is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Minsk (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), City of Minsk. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian State Academy of Communications (BSAC) is a coeducational Belarusian higher education institution. Belarusian State Academy of Communications (BSAC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
