Founded in 2007, Busitema University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in Busitema, Eastern Region. Officially recognized by the The National Council for Higher Education of Uganda, Busitema University is a very small coeducational Ugandan higher education institution. Busitema University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Busitema University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
