Founded in 1986, Cape Coast Technical University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Cape Coast (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Central Region. Officially recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana (National Accreditation Board of Ghana), Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU) is a coeducational Ghanaian higher education institution. Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. CCTU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
