Established in 1916, Chernihiv State Pedagogical University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Chernihiv (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Chernihiv Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Chernihiv State Pedagogical University (CHNPU) is a coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution. Chernihiv State Pedagogical University (CHNPU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. CHNPU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
