Founded in 1965, Chihlee University of Technology is a private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of New Taipei City (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), New Taipei. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, Chihlee University of Technology (CUT) is a coeducational Taiwanese higher education institution. Chihlee University of Technology (CUT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. CUT also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including housing, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
