Founded in 2001, Chinhoyi University of Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Chinhoyi (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Mashonaland West. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education of Zimbabwe, Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) is a small coeducational Zimbabwean higher education institution. Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 20 years old Zimbabwean higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. CUT also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
