Established in 1918, Chung-Ang University is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large metropolis of Seoul (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Chung-Ang University (CAU) is a medium-sized coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Chung-Ang University (CAU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
