Established in 1983, College of Banking and Financial Studies is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Ruwi (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Muscat. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of the Sultanate of Oman, College of Banking and Financial Studies (CBFS) is a very small coeducational Omani higher education institution.
