Established in 1999, Dövlet Idareçilik Akademiyasi (Academy of Public Administration) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Baku (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Absheron. Officially recognized by the Azerbaycan Respublikasi Tehsil Nazirliyi (Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan), Dövlet Idareçilik Akademiyasi (DIA) is a coeducational Azerbaijani higher education institution. Dövlet Idareçilik Akademiyasi (DIA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. DIA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
