Founded in 1538, Debreceni Református Hittudományi Egyetem (Debrecen Reformed Theological University) is a private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small city of Debrecen (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Hajdu-Bihar. Officially recognized by the Magyar Felsooktatási Akkreditációs Bizottság (Hungarian Accreditation Committee), Debreceni Református Hittudományi Egyetem (DRHE) is a very small coeducational Hungarian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Protestant religion. Debreceni Református Hittudományi Egyetem (DRHE) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
