Established in 2012, Dezful University of Medical Sciences and Health Services is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Dezful (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Khuzestan. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran, Dezful University of Medical Sciences and Health Services (DUMS) is a very small coeducational Iranian higher education institution. Dezful University of Medical Sciences and Health Services (DUMS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 10 years old Iranian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. DUMS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
