Founded in 2004, Dhofar University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Salalah (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Dhofar. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of the Sultanate of Oman, Dhofar University (DU) is a coeducational Omani higher education institution.
