Founded in 1930, Donetsk National Medical University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Lyman (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Donetsk Oblast. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Donetsk National Medical University (DNMU) is a small coeducational Ukrainian higher education institution. Donetsk National Medical University (DNMU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. This 92 years old Ukrainian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. DNMU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, as well as administrative services.
