Founded in 2003, East Timor Coffee Institute is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Gleno (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Ermera. Officially recognized by the Agência Nacional para a Avaliação e Acreditação Académica (National Commission for Academic Assessment and Accreditation), East Timor Coffee Institute (ECTI) is a very small coeducational East Timorese higher education institution. East Timor Coffee Institute (ECTI) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. ECTI also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
