Founded in 1946, EELK Usuteaduse Instituut (Institute of Theology of the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Tallinn (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Harju County.
