Established in 1992, Eesti Ettevõtluskõrgkool Mainor (Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Tallinn (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Harju County. This institution also has a branch campus in Tartu.
