Established in 2001, Etugen University is a private higher-education institution located in the large town of Sükhbaatar (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Selenge. Officially recognized by the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation, Etugen University is a coeducational Mongolian higher education institution. Etugen University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Etugen University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
