Founded in 2007, Fountain University, Osogbo is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the medium city of Oshogbo (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Osun. Officially recognized by the National Universities Commission of Nigeria, Fountain University, Osogbo (FUO) is a very small coeducational Nigerian higher education institution. Fountain University, Osogbo (FUO) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 15 years old Nigerian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. FUO also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
