Founded in 1990, Fukuoka Jo Gakuin University is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Fukuoka (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Fukuoka Jo Gakuin University is a women only Japanese higher education institution. Fukuoka Jo Gakuin University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
