Founded in 1994, Georgian Institute of Public Affairs is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the metropolis of Tbilisi (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). This institution also has a branch campus in Kutaisi. Officially recognized by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) is a very small coeducational Georgian higher education institution. Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 28 years old Georgian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
