Founded in 2011, Glorious Vision University is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the small town of Ogwa (population range of under 2,500 inhabitants), Edo. Officially recognized by the National Universities Commission of Nigeria, Glorious Vision University (GVU) is a very small coeducational Nigerian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Pentecostal religion. Glorious Vision University (GVU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study. This 11 years old Nigerian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 70-80% making this Nigerian higher education organization a somewhat selective institution. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
