Founded in 1957, Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Gorgan (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Golestan. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources is a small coeducational Iranian higher education institution.
