Founded in 1948, Gyeongsang National University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Jinju (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), South Gyeongsang. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Gyeongsang National University (GNU) is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution.
