Founded in 1995, Halla University is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Wonju (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Gangwon. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Halla University is a coeducational South Korean higher education institution. Halla University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Halla University also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, housing, financial aids and/or scholarships, as well as administrative services.
