Hamelmalo College of Agriculture is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in Hamelmalo, Anseba. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Eritrea, Hamelmalo College of Agriculture (HAC) is a coeducational Eritrean higher education institution.
