Hamhung University of Mathematical and Physical Sciences is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Hamhung (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), South Hamgyong. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of North Korea, Hamhung University of Mathematical and Physical Sciences is a coeducational North Korean higher education institution. Hamhung University of Mathematical and Physical Sciences offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Hamhung University of Mathematical and Physical Sciences also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
