Founded in 1990, Harokopio University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Athens (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Attica. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs of Greece, Harokopio University (HUA) is a very small coeducational Greek higher education institution. Harokopio University (HUA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 32 years old Greek higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations.
