Established in 1960, Heihe University is a higher-education institution located in the small city of Heihe (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Heilongjiang. Officially recognized by the Department of Education of the Heilongjiang Province, Heihe University is a coeducational Chinese higher education institution. Heihe University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.
