Established in 1996, Heisei International University is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Kazo (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Saitama. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Heisei International University (HIU) is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution. Heisei International University (HIU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment. HIU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sports facilities, as well as administrative services.
