Established in 1958, Hexi University is a higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Zhangye (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Gansu. Officially recognized by the Department of Education of the Gansu Province, Hexi University is a medium-sized coeducational Chinese higher education institution.
