Founded in 1957, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Southeast Region. This 65 years old Vietnamese higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades.
