Founded in 1992, Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur Leipzig (Leipzig University of Applied Sciences) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Leipzig (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Saxony.
